That’s why we’re excited to offer free car maintenance workshops, held four times a year, usually at a weekend. These workshops are perfect for anyone who wants to learn essential car care skills in a welcoming and supportive environment.

We understand that even basic maintenance can be intimidating. Our workshops are designed to create a safe and inclusive environment where no question is too basic and no one is spoken down to.
Whether you’re a new driver, never had to do it before or looking to refresh your knowledge. We are here to help you feel confident.
How Long?
We estimate around 2 hours of your time.
What You Will Learn
During our hands on sessions, you will gain valuable life skills for maintaining your vehicle in your own driveway. Topics include:
- Opening the bonnet and understanding what you are able to touch.
- Checking and topping up fluids (oil, coolant, brake fluid, etc.)
- Checking and understanding tyre pressures.
- Identifying warning lights on your dashboard.
- Conducting a visual inspection for wear and tear.
- Clearing water drains in time for winter.
These practical skills not only save you money but also give you peace of mind on the road.
Who Can Attend?
Anyone over the age of 18 (due to insurance restrictions). Our workshops are ideal for anyone with an interest in learning about car maintenance, regardless of experience or background. We really encourage:
