We recently were let down by a main dealer who were not interesting in working on our vehicle. As it wasn't a BMW, and I saw that Grosvenor had formed a car maintenance company for other brands, with all the same service standards they previously had, I decided to contact them to see if they could help. Within two working days the required work was done to a very high standard and we were kept updated along the way. They put main dealers to shame and are just as good as I remember them, but now for other vehicles rather than just BMW!
