At Refresh Automotive, we believe great customers know great drivers. That’s why we’ve launched our referral programme — a simple way to thank you for recommending us to your friends and family.
How It Works
You’re already enrolled
If you’ve had your vehicle serviced or repaired with us before, you’re automatically enrolled — no sign‑up needed. This includes previous Grosvenor Motor Company (BMW) customers.
Your friend saves £20
When a new customer you refer visits us for the first time, they receive £20 off their first service or repair (minimum spend £100). After that, they’re also eligible to refer others.
Just mention your reg
To qualify, your friend simply needs to mention your vehicle registration number when they book. We’ll do the rest.

The Fine Print
A referral counts once the new customer spends over £100 on a service or repair.
The new customer must mention the referrer’s registration number to our service team when dropping off their vehicle.
Referrals cannot include anyone who has been a previous customer of Grosvenor Motor Company in the past 10 years, even if using a different car.
